We will be riding the Montour trail in two weeks with the Rails to Trails Sojourn ride and will be riding through Glassport and McKeesport. Wondering how bad the traffic is through these two towns, whether the trail is well marked to get onto the GAP, and need recommendations where to get lunch. Other tips/suggestions on riding the trail would be appreciated.
