Signage is pretty good on the ground; there are signs with maps, and the trails are generally well marked. Traffic on the parts of the trail that use existing roads is mostly non existent because it is largely an industrial area. Having said that there are some wide unmarked roads which means when there is a vehicle it may be going fast if it weren't for the condition of the road which is sometimes in poor repair. If there is anywhere you could hit a pot hole, pick up a bit of glass or metal in your tire this is it.
