I don't use Strava so I am unsure - I would check the Strava website to see compatibility or maybe Garmin's site. MapMyRide does imports from all kinds of different devices for free, so all I did was plug it in and boom, downloading to the site.

It doesn't have navigation. Which is why it's so cheap and so super small. It tracks your rides with all the usually stats, but does not show maps or allow navigation. So if you're not looking for those features, it's a great little product. If you need turn by turn options, you have to go more expensive.
