Not really sure what your asking here, but this indeed a Basso Loto which was one of their top tier bikes. Should be made with Columbus SLX tubing, which is very good. I'm thinking it's an early 90's model due to decals and brifters. Can't tell if it's Campy or not though. Second pic is a blur, so I'm not sure what it's a picture of.

I've never heard anyone talk badly about this bike
