I love my Leader 722ts. They only make the 722 "Heritage" now - but that frame looks nice too. Check it out at least. A lot of people on his forum love there 722's.
funny enough i just bought a Mercier Kilo TT with the fancy "black magic" paint (which turned out to be pretty soft) and I just sold it this evening. The guy who bought it came to pick it up with his friend who had a 722 Heritage. it looked pretty decent.

I just read some forum threads about leader it didn't seem too positive? It seemed to indicate that Leader stuff was kind of Low end for aluminum and not as stiff as Cinelli stuff. They were talking more about the 721 and 725, though, but the 722 was mentioned.

How do you find the ride quality and all that stuff? I have not really ridden any aluminum frames before so I don't really know what it's like. I was talking to a friend who has a Super Pista and he said it can be pretty harsh sometimes.

I love the look of the "pursuit" geometry but I have not tried it out. that is the main thing holding me back from making the purchase. I know the leader 722 says it's pursuit style geometry but it doesn't really look like it in a lot of the pictures ? Anyway just judging by the seat/bar height in a lot of the pictures of the Lo Pro I think I can make it work. I have always ridden with my seat high and the bars fairly low and they were flat bars on my old bike.

the affinity is around $500, but i can do more than that if i really like it. Wabi bikes look does look nice. I kind of want something that is a little different looking though.
