Yeah, not sure what's up with Sagan. It's like he races for 99% of the stage then waits for counter attacks that he can counter off of. In the past, it seems he used to just put his head down and attack (and win), but now it's like he's trying to be too tactic oriented and unwilling to pull anyone as collateral.
