Apparel Help

Need some help with choosing the right riding apparel, specifically in the size department. I am a rather large guy, not tall, but outwardly. While I've lost 24 lbs in the last 4 weeks, my stomach is still quite large, coming in around 50" at the navel. My hips are only 45" primarily because I don't have a keester. My legs pretty much run all the way up to my neck. But my thighs are quite large with a diameter of 27".

I've been looking at the Bib Bicycle Shorts, I think the suspenders would be more comfortable in the long run, as well as, aiding in keeping my pants up. The problem I've been running into is that the sizes are kind of all over the place. Even at XXXL the measurements are too much in some areas and not enough in others. I haven't been able to find any apparel in my area that I can try on, but I am hesitant to order online and then not have them fit properly. Hopefully I won't be at the size much longer, especially once I start riding on a daily basis but for now this is what I have to deal with.

Would appreciate any help in solving this problem.
