Yes I am working with a Doctor as well as a Life-Coach. The program is Transformation by Unicity. It hasn't been 6 pounds a week. The last two have only been 2 pound losses. It was the first two weeks when they had me drinking two shakes a day that I lost the most. 14 the first week, and 6 the second. But the third week the cut me back to only one shake per day and eating two meals. There is no snacking allowed, have to maintain a strict 4-4-12 schedule, 4 hours between breakfast and lunch, and 4 between lunch and dinner, then 12 hours between dinner and breakfast. But I am slowly getting it done and losing inches as well, by the time the program ends on Sept 17th, I should weigh between 240-250 which would give me a 45-55 pound total loss. I stopped drinking all caffeine and only drink water now, also my sugar intake is about 1/4 or less than what it used to be. I went from a 7.4 A1c to a 6.6 in just two weeks. That's full blown Type II Diabetes to just barely Type II. Normal Range is 4-5.6, and Borderline Diabetes is 5.7-6.4, I have my next blood test next Tuesday and I'm really hoping to be under that 6.4, although I'm concerned because things have been stressful the last couple of weeks and I've cheated a bit more than I am allowed to, primarily with Ice Cream. I am hoping that once I start riding on a regular basis I can have a better outlet than going to the Gym to relieve stress.
