I noticed this frame sitting on the ledge at the front entrance to a home in Vancouver, at the time I thought it was something very basic so I did not look closer, however after examining the image further it appears to be a decent one. Anyone have any ideas? I cannot get my image any larger at the moment and will be checking the frame again sometime later this week. If it turns out to be a worthy marque and model I may try and see if it can be purchased, assuming no damage as it obviously has no fork. By the way, can someone fix my error on the title of the post?
