Ronius, those are some lightweight wheels. 16 spoke whereas most these days are 32 spokes or 36. If you break a spoke with 32 you can ride a while. With 16, if I broke a spoke, I'd stop riding.

I would have less concern about the frame than those wheels. It is possible that they are good strong wheels, but I'd do more research first.
