The proper spacing for these Look frames is 126mm.

The tubing is Reynolds 753r, which is a different animal from 531. I'm not a metalurgist, framebuilder, etc. but I know it is not advised cold set 753 tubing. Most reports I've read say that it is very resistant to respacing/cold setting--i.e. to 130mm for 8/9/10/11-speeds--and it will usually spring back into it's original 126mm form or result in damaged/crimped stays.

FWIW, someone got a heck of a nice bike for $660. The repaint was not executed very well, but I do believe it is a legit Look 753 frame with a hodgepodge of resalable parts.
