The Suburban will have one of the weird Schwinn seatposts with the tiny saddle clamp area. If you already have a double rail saddle on there, you can just re-use your existing clamp. If you don't, your easiest & cheapest solution would probably be to buy a new seatpost with a standard 7/8" saddle clamp area.
