Hello all, I just wanted to update the thread.
I ended up going with PSIMET custom wheels:
Front=White Ind. T11 F black hub laced to a HED Belgium C2 rim 24f/2X using CXRay-Black spokes and DT-12mm-Brass-Silver nipples
Rear=White Ind. T11 R black hub with Shimano freehub body laced to a HED Belgium C2 rim 28r/2X using CXRay-Black spokes on the Drive Side and laced 2X using CXRay-Black spokes on the Non-Drive Side and DT-12mm-Brass-Silver nipples

I was tempted to go with Pacenti but Robert encouraged me to go with the HED rims.

I also looked very hard at the Boyd Altamont and the Soul 3.0 but for the price difference I felt that the quality was better with PSIMET and the money was worth spending. I really hope I am right.
