Shimano makes SD50 wire cover sets in both black and white. They cost about $12 a set. Set consists of various sized lengths and are very secure and don't damage your paint. Mine have been on for over three years.
+1 They work very good. I used this to cover the wire for my wired Power Tap before I got a wireless Power Tap.
