do you have a pic of the BB? on wilier's website it looks like the BB shell on the frame has a metal insert on the side shown. in any case i wouldn't worry about what the guys at the LBS think. virtually nobody knows all about BB's these days.
Yes, I'll see if I can get it loaded here...Heard from my LBS who's aid don't worry, the PF BB386evo should fit, but I wondered the same thing, since virtually every photo I see shows the insert, despite Wilier saying thats one of the benefits of the 386 bb, not having to ahem the "weight" of inserts....
