In terms of video if it is for your own use fine, but there is literally millions of hours of POV cycling crap already posted to the web, as everyone seems to have one of these cameras nowadays!! This is perhaps the reason I bought one for the bike friday and have hardly used it. But if you can find a way to make it interesting they shoot excellent video. If I remember correctly the silver edition has image stabilisation and the white did not, which is essential for steady shooting on the bike, also if you think you might want a remote down the track, consider the black edition if you can get a deal on one as (at least here in australia) the remotes are super expensive to buy after the fact.
