You can buy salmon colored Kool Stops or a salmon color/black compound mix. The black compound is on the forward edge of the brake so that modulation is enhanced, but when more pressure is applied, the salmon color does it's thing. I have these on the Giant OCR-C, but I just changed the pads on the Tarmac from the stock original stuff that sort of stopped the bike after a while and replaced those with Kool Stops. Now the Tarmac has brakes.
