As Bluechip said, your headset is probably fine. It's a 1" "Threaded" headset, not the newer "threadless" style.
Plenty of quill stems out there of various brands & sizes. Make sure you get one with a handlebar clamp diameter that matches your bars. 2 different options (25.4 mm & 26.0 mm, I think ?).
