I don't normally get into frilly, unnecessarily decorative stuff but lugs are the exception. The skill and craftsmanship of a beautiful lug is art converging with function in the most beautiful, functional way possible. Riding a bike that was made with such skill is just shy of a religious experience.

The paint on that Colnago though, that is another matter. As much as I love and covet Italian steel, the paint schemes on some of them make me cringe.
Very "artsy" but I'm with the others, too much. I like 70's era lugs that had the art aspect, but not overly so.
These are about as fancy as I like them.
