Pretty sure the saddle is at the proper height. I have full extension when I have my heel on the pedal with the crank arms vertical. I have some weird body proportions though; long torso, short legs. I'm still kind of new to cycling so I'll be able to move that saddle up as I lose more weight

... at least that's what I'm hoping for from what I've heard around the internet.
