Then I've been riding dead tires for quite some time. As long as you don't let it gum up the valve, you can add more sealant (or just ride without) after what's in there dries. It is a good idea to give the wheels a spin once a week to keep the sealant distributed so it doesn't dry in one lump at the bottom of the tire, but even if it does it shouldn't make the tire unusable.
