I don't know the width of the PB ATB fenders, but I've got the SKS P65's (65mm) over my 2.15" Big Bens and couldn't see going any bigger. Not only do I have minimal clearance, but I'm actually struggling with it rubbing at times. If moving it away doesn't help, I think I'm going to have to retrofit it with a stiffer stay from somewhere other than SKS.
