Thank for your effort. But this a painted frame - not bare Ti - so I'm a bit hesitant to use anything with the word "paint remover" in the product name. Trying to reduce work - not increase it

I think I'll just wet a rag with whatever degreaser or solvent I have around, place it over a decal, wrap the wole thing in saran wrap, leave it on for a while and see what happens. There's top tube, down tube, seat tube and rear fender. Room for some experimenting.
