I've done that to see how much I can do in that time, legs felt like jelly when I got off and I ended up taking a PTO the next day. I know my limits. What I'm trying to say is I'm just doing upkeep.

And yeah I know of the 220-age formula, it's right in front of me every minute I'm on the damn thing.
