The ferrule listed in post #2 on Ebay is what you want, they will work with the levers you have better then the threaded ferrules that came with them IMHO. I have had problems with the threaded Dia Compe cables in the past in that they would bind once tightened down to the bars and wrapped, ( Because the angle they come out of the lever is too sharp once tightened down ) but once I switched to the non threaded ferrules the problem went away. I have a bunch of the Dia Compe cables with the threaded ferrules that have been removed by a bike shop because of the same problem I was having. I went and bought a bag of them just now from the link above as my stash was getting low and I have a few lever sets around that will need them.
