I just purchased an old frame from the 60s and it's rusty but not too bad. The problem is that there's an old fender, which is past the point of rescue, rusted on to the frame and the fasteners and nuts and bolts and whatever are stuck in there pretty well. Also, one of the screw heads is stripped. Do you have any methods of removing this kind of stuff that doesn't involve me buying a power drill? I've got it sitting in wd-40 as i type...

I'm sure people have asked about this before, but this thread is fairly active and if i search rust removal i'll probably get a ton of results which may or may not have anything to do with my problem.
