I'm looking for a stand that's cheap but still functional. Has anybody used either of these?

This one looks good for all-round access, but I wonder about stability with only that one hook around the down tube, although it has supports for the BB and the down tube.

The second one I was thinking I could bolt to the top of a Black and Decker workmate (portable workbench), making the clamp height about 4ft.
