Standard 6001 cartridges. They can and should be regreased proactively. Remove the dustcaps, carefully crack the rubber seal with a tiny screwdriver, flush with a good degreaser (nothing water based), let them dry out for a day, and then repack with grease.

Your biggest problem will be trying to remove the alu dustcaps. Sometime in the past I was gifted a bucket of these hubs, and even though they were new, I found it impossible to remove several of the caps non-destructively. This can only get worse with time, water and corrosion.

You should marinate your dustcaps with penetrating oil for a day, and make an effort to remove yours soon.
