Hello folks, I've got a frame that has these:



I'm used to square type shifter bosses on my C&V bikes so this is something I've never seen before. What parts would I use to mount a cable stop here? The inner diameter is about 3.5mm, and the width is 8mm

Do I need to use something like the Jagwire Rocket Adjuster ?
