I'm used to square type shifter bosses on my C&V bikes so this is something I've never seen before. What parts would I use to mount a cable stop here? The inner diameter is about 3.5mm, and the width is 8mm

Do I need to use something like the Jagwire Rocket Adjuster ?

Thanks!
The adjusters you linked to are for STI shifters. You need adjusters that thread into the cable stops. These are the ones you need. The Mickey's are are for unthreaded stops and the others are for threaded stops. You need the indexing adjustment barrels.
