Only if they aren't threaded. From your picture, the stops are threaded so you need the BSA028 or BSA039 adjusters (see the link for the part number).

These appear to be standard threaded stops. However they also seem to be painted on the inside so there's a decent chance you'll need a tap to chase them out. Cross that bridge when you get to it, so buy the adjusters and try your luck. Then
IF necessary you can tape these clean.
