Cilo bottle boss issues?
So I got a Cilo road bike with 6 speed Dura Ace 7400 group and I love the thing but the seat tube bottle bosses seem poorly spaced! I am wondering if anyone else has had these problems or problems like this on older bikes in general? The down tube bosses are just fine but the seat tube ones are just a hair off.
It is a shame I just bought some cages (one is an actual Jim Blackburn and the other is just Blackburn USA but probably from the same era) and I could only mount one. Would I be a complete heretic if I filed a little material from the non JB marked cage to make it fit properly? I know it sounds benign and maybe silly but I am honestly curious because I hate ruining old stuff.
