I had a Galaxy Note that is the same size and it worked fine. Can't imagine the 6+ being any different. We have some bags that wrap around the stem of our handlebars that have a clear zip pouch on top that your phone can go into. I use this on my current phone, but the pouch is rated for the 5.5 inch screens.
