Smart Highway ? The intelligent and interactive roads of tomorrow
I had a quick look at that Dave. Awesome. I have to get ready to head out the door soon, so I will read the entire article later. From what I see, it should add a great deal of safety to our roads at night, but will we see it on this side of the pond I wonder? I hope so, but I can't help but doubt it. From what I see going on in my own city, we seem to be going backwards in the way they deal with our roadways. Before they used to lay down nice smooth roads, now they are using this horrible chip seal, or whatever they call it. Like I said - backwards. Let's wait and see though. Considering my city was voted Red Neck City #10 in the US, I don't hold out much hope, but perhaps in more progressive neighborhoods (wherever they are), we might very well see this new technology. Like I said, I will read this article later. I find it very interesting.

Cheers
