Another tip from man I bought my frame - It was with Campagnolo Centaur 10-speed groupset, so he dates my frame 2002 or newer.
By then, concorde was trading in Alu and Carbon frames, not like these. Again, a 2002 repaint with an updated gruppo seems likely.
