Bikes: Canyon Inflite AL 8.0s (s for commuter edition), Trek Madone 3.5

I'll answer myself.

1. Don't know this for sure, but I can't imagine other than each component keep its own settings.
2. You can for sure make a backup of the settings in the E-Tube software.
