There is a MUP about 5 minutes from the office and my lunch schedule is pretty flexible and I can take an over an hour as needed when needed.

Considering packing up the bike and maybe riding once or twice a week to make up for my lost night riding time.

Anyone ever do this and what are your thoughts on it?
I used to, both in groups (5-6 engineers who worked near our office park would go for a 20-25 mile lunch ride in Boulder, CO) and solo. It's more pleasant in the winter than riding before it warms up or after dark.
