2. Use every stem spacer
3. Install clip on aero bars and ride them at any speed your going, especially 14-16mph.
4. Get a saddle bag and lights, then run blinky trail light during daylight hours.
5. Do dangerous **** constantly while riding your bike, but make sure to also make disparaging remarks about the local group rides you think are unsafe and tell people who race they are "nuts".

Being a fred has zero to do with how much money you make or spend, it's behavior related.
