If I were to ride this more than rarely in the rain, I would have to make one change. Put a real (English style) flap on the front fender. I have used Mylar and doubled up graphics film for all of my front fenders for decades. Here in Portland, cut down WBs are popular. Either way, real flaps make a big difference in comfort and a clean bike. Big enough that you will say after your first ride with real flaps "Why doesn't Planet Bike do that to start with?" (Or SKS or any of the other non-English fender makers. Blummel of England has been making fenders with real flaps for over 45 years, maybe far longer.)
