Yes that`s what I mean. It confuses me. I put $500 worth of components on a a nice frame and make it look real nice, as soon as the parts go on the bike they are worth less.

The Schwinn Frame & Fork listed above cost a total of $220 shipped. You need to put at least $300 worth of components on the bike and it is only worth $300 to $350?
