$350 is waaaaay low. You might be able to sell the Record derailleur alone for that much if you're patient! (edit, I misread, it's a Gran Sport.)

My feeling is CliffordK has a good read on the price, $800 sounds about right to me. He's right also that the parts are worth more than the whole.
