I hate to say it but, I doubt that is removable. The leather is stained now. Not just water. Whatever the water picked up while it migrated through the roof. Looking at the corrosion around the rivets, it looks like the whole saddle got wet.

If it were mine, I would just try to darken it up some with Proofide, and hope for the best.
