To give a little background when I plugged my measurements into the bont size wizard it said I needed custom ones. I have a pair of standard bonts though and with specialized insoles which are like 4 times the thickness of the bonts ones they fit ok. You could also add an extra pad to the tongue this would make the shoes volume seem less.
