Remember to TAKE OUT INSOLES AND TAKE OFF CLEATS when you bake them. 160 or 170 deg if your oven doesn't go down to 160. 20 min on a cookie sheet. Pull out, PUT INSOLE BACK IN and then out on foot, tighten down to preferred
