360 g Performance carbon fork (before if was discontinued), SRAM Rival derailleur and shifters, Zero Gravity brakes, FSA SL-K Light crank, Look Keo Easy pedals, FSA OS-99 stem, Kestrel Pro SL carbon bar, Thomson Masterpiece post, Terry Falcon Y saddle, Conti GP 4000 23 mm tires, and (ta-dah!) 1,270 g wheels based on Kinlin low profile rims and American Classic hubs. There are still a few places to take some more weight off, but I am not giving up my 227 g saddle for anything lighter, I won't fool around with tubulars, and a lighter crank is too expensive. If I ever spring for SRAM wireless shifting on one of the other bikes, I will move the 10-speed Red to the Romic in place of the Rival, which will shave a little weight. But there it stands.
