looks like same tires and rims from the mongoose beast. I bought one when they were 200 bucks and it was a gateway drug to a fat tire with more mountain bike geometry and gears than cruiser. I'd guess that bike is going to weigh 45 lbs at the least, probably closer to 50.

riding on loose sand is going to be doable but a lot of work with that bike.
