Rideye, this is the first I have seen of this, but it doesn't seem to be anything more than the myriad other Chinese manufactured cameras. At $190 doesn't really seem competative. Even Polaroid's action cam, at the same price, has more features. Anytime you use a rubber strap to attach a camera you will induce camera shake. Look at their demo footage, gives you a headache with the jello and camera shake.

Fly12, so is the light a headlight or is it a movie light? Never been fond of gadgets that try too hard, usually they end up doing nothing well.
