Agree with what you said, Andy is excellent, but condition (not great in this case), time of year (might be good in AL) and the local markets are important. Even in Andy's home town it would be hard to get anywhere near 400. That said, even 400 would be a steal for someone needing that size/type frame, Andy would get it in New condition for 400 and you would have a excellent frame at a fraction of new frame cost.
