Ok I have searched and I am not sure if I found an answer
I just ordered a Miche BB to match up with my Miche cranks which is all well and good but a friend of mine said I might run into some problems because it is Italian threaded and there are no flanges so there is a good chance of it getting loose even if it is cranked down really really good .
Has this happened to anybody here?

I guess I can go with a campy bb but they do not have anything in 107 spindle length.
I thought getting a new bb was going to be easy But it has turned into a pain in the a$$
I also thought about getting a Phil Wood but that also has no flanges.
