I had a spin instructer tell the class "spin with one leg!". So what did I do? Uclipped my foot from the pedal, and spun with one leg. Getting it out was the easy part, getting it back in with out losing the foot, not so easy. MY dear wife on the bike next to me, gave me the "I married an idiot" look.
